Fredda Anniece Norman, age 85, a longtime Atoka, OK resident. She was born on Saturday, March 4, 1939, to Alec Bunion and Winona (Jones) Gilbreath, at Loraine, TX. Fredda passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024 at Atoka, OK. She attended Atoka Public School and graduated from Atoka High School. Fredda was a housewife and homemaker. She married Weldon "Snake" Eugene Norman on Saturday, June 2nd, 1962 at Durant, OK. They celebrated 52 years of marriage before his passing on October 14, 2014. Fredda was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church of Atoka. She was very involved with the church and always baking for church fundraisers and loved children.
Fredda is survived by her daughter, Kelly Bradford and husband Gene of Atoka, OK; great great grandsons, Cillian Bradford, Eli Foster, Ki Foster, Ezra Foster; nieces and nephews, Mary Golden, Sony Mullen, Cheryl Lynch, Chris Vassar; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Fredda was preceded in death by her parents, Alec Bunion and Winona (Jones) Gilbreath; husband, Snake Norman; sisters, Betty Stallings, Mari Flo Vassar; grandson, Trower Bradford; brothers in law, Clint Stalling, Thomas Vassar; great niece, Kayla Mullen; nephews, Louis Stallings, Michael Mullen.
