Lynn "Gail" Bryant, age 70, was raised in Switzer, WV, lived in Missouri and moved to Atoka in 1976, was born on Tuesday, October 30, 1951, to Carlos Eugene and Constance Alda (Bowne) Cook, at Switzer, WV. Gail passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Oklahoma City, OK.
She graduated from Logan High School in West Virginia in 1969. Gail worked in retail sales for most of her working life. She worked for Wal Mart, Easy Mart and managed Atoka Bait and Tackle Shop. She married Andrew Ray Bryant on Saturday, November 29th, 1969 at Omar, WV. They celebrated 48 years of marriage before his passing on January 8, 2018. Gail was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed crocheting and loved spending time with her family, kids and especially grandchildren.
Gail is survived by her sons, Ray Bryant and wife Vanessa of Broken Arrow, OK, Randy Bryant and Kerrie Carter of Ada, OK; grandchildren, Jessica Mikel and husband Kell of Caney, OK, Kathy Richardson of Packwood, WA, Brandy Bryant and fiancé Doug Meeks of Wewoka, OK, Dusty Bryant of Broken Arrow, OK, Cheyenne Bryant of Broken Arrow, OK, Caysen Bryant of Ada, OK; great grandchildren, Kaislee Bryant of Wewoka, oK, Isabelle Bryant of Wewoka, OK, Averlee Richardson of Packwood, WA, Ely Richardson of Packwood, WA, Zeek Richardson of Packwood, WA, Griffin Richardson of Packwood, WA, Idalie Slade of Atoka, OK, Liam Slade of Atoka, OK; brothers, Charles Cook and wife Rin of Clarksville, TN, Nathan Cook and wife Diane of Somonauk, IL; sister, Connie Keith of Switzer, WV; mother in law, Virginia Bryant of Tushka, OK; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Gail was preceded in death by her parents, Carlos Eugene and Constance Alda (Bowne) Cook; husband, Andrew Ray Bryant; great grandson, Gunner Bryant.
