PASSED AWAY: Gerald passed away on July 15, 2017 at McAlester, OK.

AGE:  82 years, 9 months and 12 days.

EDUCATION: He attended and graduated school from Hilton, OK. He graduated from Clarksville School of Theology in Clarksville, TN with a Doctorate Degree in Theology.

OCCUPATION: Gerald was a Pastor for 50 years, in Oklahoma, Texas & Florida.

MILITARY:  A Veteran, he proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 14 years, during the Korean War.

MARRIED: He married Kathern Lorain Chester on May 1, 1959 at Manitou, OK.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS:  He was a Southern Baptist, a member of the Farris Baptist Church. He served numerous elective positions in the Oklahoma Baptist Convention, local Baptist Associations & Southern Baptist Convention. He loved spending time with his grandchildren & watching football & baseball.
