Gerald Hurt, age 74, a long time Stringtown, OK resident, was born on Thursday, August 21, 1947, to Lonnie "Bill" William and Cordie (Gaddis) Hurt, at Atoka, OK. Gerald passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Ada, OK. Gerald was a member of the First Baptist Church of Stringtown. He loved listening to country music, watching people play UNO and going to the senior citizen center to visit. Gerald is survived by his sisters, Billie Robinson of Texas, Wilma Faye Allen of Oklahoma City, OK, Linda Snead of McAlester, OK, Kathrine Hayes of Stringtown, OK; along with nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Cordie (Gaddis) Hurt; siblings, Annabell Sharp, Iva Mae Gribble, JR Hurt, Geraldine Loudermilk, William Hurt, Gladis Hurt
