Gerald Ray "Gary" Minor, age 72, passed away at his home Saturday, May 17, 2008 surrounded by his family. Gary was born on August 2, 1935 to the late Orville and Gladys Minor in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He graduated from U S Grant in Oklahoma City. Gary married Gayle Evans on August 19, 1955 in Oklahoma City. They were married 42 years when she passed on August 21, 1997. Gary and his family moved to the Madill area in 1968 and opened Minor Printing in 1974. Gary was a Mason and Shiner. He enjoyed being with his family, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends. He loved his dogs, Hooch, Fredia, and Sally. Gary was known for his Bar-B-Q, he won numberous Major Awards at cook-offs. Gary is survived by Sons: Mike Minor and wife Kim and Rick Minor of Madill Daughter: Terri Wagoner and husband Will of Madill Six Grandchildren: Christie Mathis and husband Mike, Laura Bishop and husband Jason, Cole Minor, Megan Minor, and Jamie Minor Six Great Grandchildren; Colton and Izabella Bishop, Jared, Conner and Mackenzie Mathis, and Joshua Minor.
