Ginger Pauline Silvers, age 72, a lifetime Lane, OK resident was born on Friday, September 5, 1947, to Wilburn and Thelma (Yates) Burkhalter, at Iron Stob, OK. Ginger passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Sherman, TX.

Ginger attended Iron Stob Elementary School and graduated from Atoka High School. She was a social worker and home health marketer.  She married Paul Roger Silvers on Saturday, April 1st, 1967 at Iron Stob, OK. Ginger attended and played the piano for many years at Iron Stob Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed crafts, flowers, cooking, and feeding family and friends at her house.

Ginger is survived by her husband, Paul Roger Silvers of Lane, OK; daughter, Crystie Rhodes Campbell and husband Tommy of Lane, OK; grandsons, Blake Keeton & wife Abigail of Tacoma, WA, Dominque Campbell and wife Summer of Atoka, OK, Jacob Campbell of Atoka, OK; granddaughters, AC Rhodes of Lane, OK, Lexie Campbell of Atoka, OK, Emma Campbell of Atoka, OK; great granddaughters, Ryfle Campbell of Atoka, OK, Ropelyn Campbell of Atoka, OK; Tuff Campbell of Atoka, OK; Cody Campbell of Atoka, OK; special niece/sister Diann Hall & husband David of Tushka, OK; Along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Ginger was preceded in death by her parents, Wilburn and Thelma (Yates) Burkhalter; daughter, Teresa Silvers; sister, Lucille Coats; brother, Leon Burkhalter; brother, Doug Burkhalter; sister, Geraldine Eaves; brother, Pinky Burkhalter
