Glenda Sue Morton, age 68, an Atoka, OK resident was born on Saturday, March 10, 1951, to Loyd and Julia Louise (Jones) McVey, at Lubbock, TX. Glenda passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Dallas, TX. She attended School. Glenda was a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She married Franklin Lee Morton on Monday, November 8th, 1971 at Atoka, OK. They was married for 48 wonderful years before her passing.  Glenda was of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed yard saling, going to the casino, fishing, and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Glenda is survived by her husband, Franklin Lee Morton of the home in Atoka, OK; daughters, Tina Hobbs and husband Blake of Antlers, OK, Alice Morton of Atoka, OK; granddaughters, Amanda Chick and husband Chris of Ada, OK; Tamara O'Roark and husband Jonathon of Antlers, OK; great grandchildren, Raylinn Lynch, Colby O'Roark, Olivia O'Roark, Kason Chick, Elijah Samuel O'Roark; siblings,   Linda Sanders and husband Mike of Port LaVaca, TX, Loyd McVey and wife Donna of Edna, TX, Judy Sandifer of Georgetown, TX, Eyvone Sandifer of Corpus Christi, TX,  Sharon Phillips and husband Allen of Nolanville, TX.
Along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Glenda is preceded in death by her parents, Loyd and Julia Louise (Jones) McVey; great grandson, Jase Chick; niece,  Misty Morton; best friend, Judy Welch
