NAME: Harvey Smith, age 86, an Atoka, OK resident, formerly of Lane, OK.

BORN: He was born on Tuesday, July 1, 1930, to Jabe and Lula Jane (Harris) Smith, at Texarkana, TX.

PASSED AWAY: Harvey passed away on Friday, October 21, 2016 at Colbert, OK.

AGE: 86 years, 3 months and 20 days.

EDUCATION: He attended Lane Elementary and graduated from Atoka High School in 1950.

OCCUPATION: Harvey was a Meter Reader for PSO.

MARRIED: He married Doris (Cope) on Saturday, July 9th, 1949 at Denison, TX. She preceded him in death in 2009.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Harvey was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Atoka. He enjoyed working, deer hunting, fishing, watching OU & Dallas Cowboys Football games. Harvey loved people and when deer hunting, he always got the big one and no one ever knew how.
