PASSED AWAY: Hazel passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Coalgate, OK. AGE: 83 years and 9 months. EDUCATION: She attended school at Blackjack, Bentley and Sequoyah Indian School. OCCUPATION: Hazel was a housewife and homemaker. MARRIED: She married Charles Carroll on February 23, 1948 at Sherman, TX. CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Hazel was a longtime member of the Bentley Baptist Church. She was also a member of Choctaw Nation. Hazel loved to fish, travel, take care of kids and grandkids; and visiting her friends at the truckstop. SURVIVED BY HUSBAND: Charles Carroll of Atoka, OK.
