Heather Stacy Rana Minor, age 49, a lifetime Atoka, OK resident, was born on Tuesday, October 24, 1972, to Randel Minor and Deborah (Taylor) Coates, at Durant, OK. Heather passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at her residence in Atoka, OK. She graduated from Tushka High School and attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Heather was a farmer and rancher. She was with her companion Tony Couch for six years. Heather attended Pleasant View Church. She loved fishing, farming and ranching, and making her own art. She spoiled her nieces and nephews and she always loved to help others. Heather is survived by her children, Luke Craig Williams of Tushka, OK, Steven Lige Williams of Tushka, OK, Sean Rule Williams of Tushka, OK, Tylor Williams of Tushka, OK, Amra Williams of Tushka, OK; parents, Deborah Coates of Tushka, OK, Randal Minor and wife Donna of Moore, OK; siblings, Dean Coates of Tushka, OK, Randi Minor- Avants of Tushka, OK, Joshua Minor of Tushka, OK, Jeremiah Minor of Tushka, OK, Shana Jones of Moore, OK, Jason Cartmil of Tushka, OK. Heather was preceded in death by her step dad, Steve Coats; grandparents, Theodore and Winnie Lain, Bailey and Zazell Minor, "Pa" Gilbert Rose; cousin, Joey Elliot; best friend, Johnny Rowton
