Obituary Helen Clifton (Self) Williams Holcomb, age 95, an Atoka, Oklahoma resident, was born on Wednesday, March 27, 1918, to Clifton Lewis and Pearl Ellen (Thomas) Self, at Stringtown, Oklahoma, she was the eldest of five daughters. Helen passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Denison, Texas. She graduated Tushka High School in 1936. Helen was a homemaker and bank teller. She married Wallace F. Williams on July 5, 1941 in Abilene, Texas. He preceded her in death on February 22, 1957. Helen later married Raymond Reuel Holcomb on January 1, 1960, at the Atoka First Baptist Church. He preceded her death on August 2, 2006. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Atoka from 1950-2006 and served as the general Sunday school secretary for most of those years. She joined Harmony Baptist Church in 2006 and attended there until her death. Helen is survived by her children, Jerry Don Williams and wife Donna of Atoka, OK., Sharon Coats and husband Darrell of Lane, OK., Gaylene Miller and husband Phillip of Atoka, OK.; grandchildren, Robert Coats and wife Courtney of Konawa, OK., Shelly Daniel and husband Mike of Tushka, OK., Valerie Blackwood of Lane, OK., Jodi Miller and Wayne Bowen of Atoka, OK., Jason Miller and wife Desiree of Atoka, OK.; great grandchildren, Jessica, Jackie, Jill, Julia, and Jayden Coats of Konawa, OK., Logan, Sunni, Wyatt, and Alex Daniel of Tushka, OK., Jaylon Yarbrough, Kylie Bowen, and Sean and Marnie Miller of Atoka, OK.,Grady Blackwood of Lane, OK.; sister, Dru Flanigan of Nashville, AR.; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Pearl Ellen (Thomas) Self; husbands, Wallace F. Williams and Raymond R.
