Ira Elizabeth (Marical) Evans, age 94, a longtime Atoka, OK resident, was born on Friday, March 19, 1926, to Cecil Ray and Minnie Ethel (Willoughby) Marical, at Kenefic, OK.
Ira passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Atoka, OK.
She graduated from Tushka High School. Ira was a housewife and homemaker. She married Leo Lee Evans, he preceded her in death in November 2008. Ira was a member of Boggy Depot Baptist Church, she played piano for the church, enjoyed sewing, quilting, cooking, providing for the family, baking bread, gardening, and loved spending time with the family, sitting on the porch watching the sunrise.
Ira is survived by her son, Terry Evans and wife Janice of Noble, OK, Larry Evans of Boggy Depot, OK; brothers, Donald Marical and wife Teresa of Ada, OK, Dowell Marical and wife Toi of Oklahoma City, OK; sister, Sharon Fugate of Tecumseh, OK; grandchildren, Kathy Booth and husband Kevin of Boggy Depot, OK, Kenny Evans and wife Patti of Noble, OK, Kimberly Evans and husband Phil of CA; great grandchildren, Samantha, Allyson, Makayla, Mackenzie, Chloe, Caitlin, Danny, Riley, Garret; great great grandchildren, Bentley, Liam, Paislee; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Ira was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil Ray and Minnie Ethel (Willoughby) Marical; sons, Danny, Eton, and Timothy Evans; grandchildren, Tonya Evans, Larry Don Evans Jr.; brothers, Deward Marical, Darrell Marical; sister, Juanita Evans.
