Jack Alfred McFeeters, age 91, a longtime Atoka, OK resident. He was born with his twin sister, the late Jill (McFeeters) Jones on Saturday, December 17, 1932, to Grover Alfred and Gertrude Sofie (Fritz) McFeeters, at Walnut Ridge, AR. Jack passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at his home in Atoka, OK surrounded by his loved ones. He attended school in Kennett, MO. Jack was a cut-off saw operator for American Forrest in Stockton, CA for 44 years. He married Geneva Lynn (Beasley) McFeeters on Saturday, April 11th, 1959 at Stockton, CA. They celebrated almost 65 years of marriage before his passing. Jack was a member of World Bible Way Fellowship and attended Church of God of Prophecy in Wapanucka, OK. He was an ordained minister, played guitar, sang gospel music, was the caretaker for Boggy Depot Park for 12 years and loved being with his family.
Jack is survived by his wife, Geneva Lynn McFeeters of the home in Boggy Depot, OK; children, Jack Aaron McFeeters and wife Vivian of Boggy Depot, OK, Rick Alan McFeeters and wife Kimberly of Atoka, OK, Kenneth Joel McFeeters and wife Trish of Durant, OK, Alicia Dawn Spalla and husband Timothy of Idabel, OK, Andrea Birdsong and husband William of Atoka, OK, Kenneth James McFeeters and wife Rachael of Atoka, OK; grandchildren; sister, Zena Watson of Eugene, OR; brother in law, Clyde Beasley and wife Patsy of Boggy Depot, OK; son in law, Billy Callicoat of Atoka, OK; daughter in law, Lori Voss McFeeters of Stockton, CA; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Grover and Gertrude McFeeters; daughter, Sherry Callicoat; son, James Leroy McFeeters; four brothers, six sisters
