James Alan Longwell, age 40, a longtime Atoka, OK resident, was born on Saturday, October 17, 1981, to Tim Dale and Sharon Lynn (Allen) Longwell, at San Jose, CA. James passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. He graduated High School. James was a loader for UPS in California and worked for Ethan Allen Furniture Mfg. He was a member of Choctaw Nation. James enjoyed music, camping and fishing with friends. He was devoted to his family and loved his dogs. He was a willing and hard worker, always tried to be cheerful and was a very caring person. James will be missed but remembered always for being part of our lives.
James is survived by his parents, Tim Dale and Sharon Lynn (Allen) Longwell of the home in Atoka, OK; brothers, Nathaniel Longwell and wife Ruthie of San Luis Obisbo, CA, Issac Longwell and wife Amy of Atoka, OK; niece, Naomi Longwell of Ada, OK; uncles, Ray Allen and wife Marie of San Jose, CA, Steve Allen and wife Anita of Warr Acres, OK, Jacob Allen of Atoka, OK, Scott Oliphint of Branson, MO; aunts, Patricia Johnson of Atoka, OK, Lois Jack of Maysville, OK, Kim Jafari and husband Reza of Scottsdale, AZ; long time friend, Heath Horton of Ohio; along with other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
