BORN: She was born on March 4, 1961 to Elmer Ray and Wilma Marie (Upton) Powell at Coalgate, OK.

PASSED AWAY: Janice passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Tulsa, OK

AGE: 56 years 3 days

EDUCATION: She graduated from Atoka High School.

OCCUPATION: Janice was a housewife and homemaker.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Janice was of the Baptist faith. She loved reading, watching t.v., fishing, camping and traveling.
