Janice Dean (Rowton) Fogle

Janice Dean (Rowton) Fogle, a Noble, OK resident, was born on Monday, January 31, 1944, to Jasper CT and Geraldine (Wallace) Rowton, at Atoka, OK. Janice passed away on Friday, August 28, 2026 at Atoka, OK at the age of 82 years, 6 months and 28 days. She graduated from Atoka High School. Janice went to Dallas after high school for work and was there when John F. Kennedy was shot. She then moved to Oklahoma City to work for Tinker Air Force Base, she started weighing the blades of the planes, also rebuilding hydraulic pumps, and cleaning parts.

Janice was a member of McGuire Baptist Church in Noble, OK. She enjoyed crocheting, getting out to pick up cans, yard work, reading, and visiting with anyone, especially friends. Janice loved and cherished her animals.

She is survived by her brother, Doug Rowton of Lane, OK, along with numerous dearly loved cousins, other family, and friends.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper and Geraldine (Wallace) Rowton and son, Darrell Jean Fogle.
