Jennifer Lea Buffington, age 47, a long time Atoka, OK resident, was born on Thursday, September 26, 1974, to Jimmy Buffington and Janet Lynn (Gillin) Thorne, at McAlester, OK. Jennifer passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Atoka, OK. She attended McAlester Public School and received her GED. Jennifer was a homemaker. Jennifer loved her dogs, going thrifting and crafting. She cared for every animal that crossed her path. Jennifer got the most enjoyment out of spending time with her loving family. Jennifer is survived by her children, Mikkinzie Sills of Muskogee, OK, James Sills and wife Christiana of Atoka, OK, River Sills and wife Callie of Lane, OK, Brooklynn Buffington of Muskogee, OK, Raven Buffington of Atoka, OK, Linkon Stiles of Atoka, OK, Boadie Stiles of Atoka,OK, Billy Stiles of Atoka, OK; granddaughters, Kadence Smith, Raynee Sills, Lily Sills; mother, Janet Thorne of Atoka, OK; siblings, Jaye Buffington of Atoka, OK, Melinda Asher of Milwaukee, WI, Lisa Buffington of San Antonio, TX, Laura Long and husband Chris of San Antonio, TX, Ashley Thorne of Atoka, OK, Stephanie Thorne of Atoka, OK, Tiffanie Thorne of Atoka, OK, Craig Thorne of Atoka, OK, Reggie Thorne OK, Carla Thorne of Overton, TX.
