NAME: John "Arnold" Durham, age 82, a longtime resident of Crane, TX, before moving to Atoka, OK 5 years ago.

BORN: He was born on Thursday, October 25, 1934, to Dan William and Ila (Walters) Durham, at Uncle Dans Camp near Mt. Ida, AR.

PASSED AWAY: Arnold passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at Atoka, OK.

AGE:  82 years, 7 months and 17 days.

EDUCATION: He attended Parks, AR elementary and Waldren, AR High School.

OCCUPATION: Arnold worked on a seismographic crew for 8 years before transferring to Arco Block 31 gasoline plant, He worked there 22 years before retiring at age 55 from BP. Arnold then worked driving trucks parttime for the next 20 years.

MARRIED: He married Billie Louise (Sharp) on Thursday, September 2nd, 1954 at Crane, TX. They had 62 wonderful years together before his passing.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Arnold was a member of Southside Baptist Church, formerly a member of First Baptist in Crane, TX. He loved square dancing, traveling and has been to all 50 states and 7 Canadian provinces.
