Joyce Francine (Johnston) Nuttall, age 71, a lifelong Atoka County resident, was born on Tuesday, July 28, 1942, to Ernest and Rosa Mae (Haworth) Johnston, at Wardville, OK. Joyce passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Atoka, OK. She graduated from Limestone Gap High School in 1960. Joyce was a homemaker. She was a former owner and operator of the Sooner Truck Stop in Atoka. She was the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Nuttall Trailers and a notary. She married Marvin A. J. Jack on May 28, 1960 in Atoka. Joyce married William "Junior" Nuttall on December 16, 1984 in Las Vegas, NV. She was member of the High Hill Baptist Church. Joyce loved selling Avon, hitting yard sales, shopping at Stage and Bath and Body. She loved her dog, Angel. Joyce was a collector of Angels. Joyce is survived by her husband, William "Junior" Nuttall of the home in Atoka, OK.; children, Kenny Jack and wife Paula of Stringtown, OK., Kristi Gipson and Shelly of Atoka, OK., Brenda Dianne Meziere of Plano, TX., Rhonda Ham and husband Joey of Atoka, OK.; grandchildren, Kendra Lewter and husband John, Audrey Morris and husband Lucas of Atoka, OK., Matthew Jack of Stringtown, OK., Nicholas Gipson of Atoka, OK., Matthew and Carlston Meziere of Plano, TX., Cody, Riley, and Zachary Ham of Atoka, OK.; three great grandchildren and a great grandson expected soon; brother, Boyd Johnston and wife Ernestine of Kiowa, OK.; father of her children, A.J. Jack and wife Ruby of Whitewright, TX.; special and best friend, Karen Wooten of Atoka, OK.; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
