Judy Levon Bicknell, age 69, a longtime Atoka, OK resident was born on Wednesday, October 13, 1948 to Willis Levone and Willie Fay (Tucker) Hornback at Hemet, CA.. Judy passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Atoka, OK.  She was 69 years, 9 months and 2 days. Judy was a housewife. She married Delbert Bicknell on Friday, July 31st, 1964 at Arcadia, CA. They shared 49 years together before his passing in 2013. Judy enjoyed gambling, building red burl furniture, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
