Julie Ann (Golden) Whitt, age 65, a longtime Caney, OK resident. She was born on Sunday, March 2, 1958, to Donald Reece and Phyllis Marie (VanConett) Golden, at Eureka, CA.
Julie passed away on Monday, May 8, 2023 at Durant, OK. She graduated from Caney High School. Julie was a dedicated housewife and homemaker. She married Jack Whitt in 1998 at Marshfield, MO. Julie was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and loved being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Julie is survived by her sons, Jeffry Donald Walton and wife Jayne of Atoka, OK, Jeremy Walton and wife Jamie of Caney, OK; grandchildren, Trey, Foster, Chase, Tess, Ty, Sekret, Whisper, Tuff, Jett, Journey, Lacee; 5 great grandchildren; siblings, Kenneth Roy Golden of Caney, OK, Linda Greer and husband Roger of Sawyer, OK, Michael Golden and wife Beth of Caney, OK; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Julie was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Phyllis Marie (VanConett) Golden; husband, Jack Whitt.
