Karrie Elaine (Reedy) Nichols, age 48, a longtime Atoka, OK resident, was born on Monday, April 22, 1974, to Kenneth Ezra and Kay Eileen (King) Reedy, at Tampa, FL. Karrie passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Plano, TX.
She attended Central High School in Tulsa, OK. Karrie was a housewife, homemaker and mother. She married Robert Allen Nichols on Friday, June 4th, 1993 at Tulsa, OK. They celebrated 29 years of marriage before her passing. Karrie was baptized at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church. She loved being with her grandchildren and her puppy Hanks.
Karrie is survived by her husband, Robert Allen Nichols of the home in Atoka, OK; children, Misty Reedy of Atoka, OK, Christian Nichols of Ada, OK, Jawana Nichols of Atoka, OK; grandchildren, David Mitchell, Mason Reedy, Chloe Murillo, Nina Murillo, Karley Nichols; mother in law, Lois Woods of Atoka, OK; brother, Kenneth Reedy and wife Lora of Tulsa, OK; sister, Kimberly Martinez and husband Froylan of Tulsa, OK; sister in law, Teresa Williams and husband Willie of Atoka, OK; brothers in law, James Nichols of Atoka, OK, Tony Nichols and wife Debbie of San Antonio, TX; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Karrie was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Ezra and Kay Eileen Reedy; grandson, Luis Murillo; brother in law, David Nichols; fathers in law, Lester Nichols, Richard Woods.
