Kayven is survived by his parents, Jeffery David and Alaina Marie (Smith) Perry of the home in Atoka, OK; grandmothers, Tina Smith and husband Jory of Atoka, OK, Crystal Maxey of Atoka, OK; grandfathers, Robert Smith and wife Rebecca of Atoka, OK, David Perry of Atoka, OK; aunts, Shaina Smith of Atoka, OK, Kylee Perry of Atoka, OK; along with cousins, and other relatives that loved him.
Kayven was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Linda Clay; great grandfather, Roy Maxey.
