BORN: She was born on Wednesday, January 10, 1990, to Robert Wayne and Nancy Gaylene (Chesney) Hazlewood, at Durant, OK.

PASSED AWAY: Kelsey passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Atoka, OK.

AGE: 26 years, 10 months and 2 days.

EDUCATION: She graduated Atoka High School in 2008.

OCCUPATION: Kelsey was a homemaker

MARRIED: She married Ethan Palmer on Monday, April 21st, 2012 at Atoka, OK.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Kelsey was a beautiful and spiritual soul. She was an amazing golfer who made all-state her senior year and won numerous golf tournaments throughout school. She loved being outdoors; fishing, gardening, and enjoying the night sky. Above all, she loved spending time with her 2 boys, Lyric and Rhythm.
