NAME: Kenneth Eugene Carman, age 71, a longtime Wapanucka, OK resident.

BORN: He was born on Saturday, June 2, 1945, to Joshua and Lucille (Hopper) Carman, at Bakersfield, CA.

PASSED AWAY: Kenneth passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at his residence in Wapanucka, OK.

AGE: 71 years, 7 months and 5 days.

EDUCATION: He graduated from Wapanucka High School in 1962 and went on to attended Wilburton State College and later he attended Murray State College.

OCCUPATION: Kenneth was an Aircraft Fabricator for 747's and other aircraft.

MILITARY: Kenneth proudly served his country in The Army during the Vietnam conflict.

MARRIED: He married Shirley (Whitmire) on Tuesday, December 26th, 1967 at Sherman, TX. They had 42 wonderful years before her passing in March of 2010.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Kenneth was a member of Wislon Baptist Church in Wapanucka. He loved animals, raised cows, horses, pigs, chickens, and rabbits. Was an avid deer hunter and enjoyed camping.
