Kenneth Lee Maurer, age 86, a longtime Atoka, OK resident. He was born on Monday, February 18, 1935, to Milton Henry and Donna Bernice (McAfee) Maurer, at Jackson, MI. Kenneth passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Atoka, OK. He graduated from Beverly Hills High School in California and went on to receive a Doctorate Degree. He also attended Wright Patterson AFB Aeronautics School. Kenneth was a Radar Tech and electrician at Tulsa Airport. Kenneth proudly served his country in The Air Force. He married Nancy Van Hentenryck on Monday, May 6th, 1957 at Tupelo, MS. They celebrated 47 years of marriage before her passing on May 5, 2004. Kenneth enjoyed working on computers, playing board games, bird watching, hunting and fishing, being outdoors and loved life.
Kenneth is survived by his daughters: Beth Maurer of Atoka, OK, Brenda Gammon of Fairborn, OH, Millard Maurer of Fairborn, OH, along with grandchildren, great grandchildren and dear and loved friends.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Milton Henry and Donna Bernice (McAfee) Maurer; wife, Nancy Maurer. (McAfee) Maurer
