Kenneth Ray Staneart, age 81, mostly an Atoka County resident, worked many years in other areas was born on Tuesday, August 30, 1938, to Ralph and Nellie Mae (Anderson) Staneart, at Bixby, OK. Kenneth passed away on Friday, March 27, 2020 at Boswell, OK. He attended Boehler Grade School and graduated from Atoka High School in 1955. Kenneth worked in the Well Service in the old field, worked 20 plus years as a bus driver, worked 4 years at Savannah Navy Base and drove propane truck for Henson Propane and also worked at Sundowners. Kenneth proudly served his country in the military in the U.S. Navy. He married Sherry Sharlene (Peabody) on Saturday, October 11th, 1997 at Atoka. They have celebrated 22 wonderful years of marriage before his passing. Kenneth was on the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing, trapping hunting, camping, 4-wheeling, and any activities outdoors.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Sherry Sharlene Staneart of the home. daughter, Cheryl Vasquez of Garland, TX; son, John Staneart and wife Diane of Boswell, OK; grandchildren, Daniel Vasquez, Sabrina Tynan and husband Tim, Shayla Phillips and husband Chad; 7 great grandchildren ; sisters, Margaret Jackson of Frances, OK, Faye Gaskey of Canton, TX, Edna Eldridge of Bentley, OK, Judy Maggard of Boswell, OK; brother, John Johnson and wife Becky of Boswell, OK.
Along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Nellie Mae (Anderson) Staneart; first wife, Dotty Staneart; sister, Linda Sue Johnson.
