Larry Gene McCurry, age 73, a Coalgate resident was born on November 18, 1946, to Jesse and Gussie Mae (Nolen) McCurry, at Coalgate, OK. Larry passed away on August 22, 2020 at Coalgate, OK. He attended Cottonwood and Coalgate High School. Larry was a dozer operator in construction and worked for Coal County District 1. He married Betty Sue Howerton on March 20, 1965 in Coalgate, Oklahoma.

Larry loved riding motorcycles, spending time in the mountains and working on old vehicles.
