LaTisha Gayle Burleson, age 39, a longtime Atoka, OK resident, was born on Sunday, July 24, 1981, to Wesley and Deborah Kay (Pearce) Pugh, at Ardmore, OK. LaTisha passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Atoka, OK. She graduated from Tushka High School. LaTisha was a child care provider at Day's Daycare and was also a server at El Adobe and Jackson Family Diner. She always wanted to be a veterinarian. She married Rodney Burleson on Friday, August 15th, 2008 at Atoka, OK. They celebrated 12 wonderful years of marriage last August. LaTisha was a member of Lane Baptist church. She loved making and selling t-shirts, helping children show pigs, and helping others. LaTisha is survived by her husband, Rodney Burleson of Atoka, OK; children, Jepetha Flowers of Atoka, OK, Eli Flowers of Atoka, OK; mother, Deborah Kay (Pearce) Decker and husband Pete of Atoka, OK; sisters, Rachael Ann Pugh of Atoka, OK, Jessica Ann Pugh of Atoka, OK, Janie Renee Pugh of Atoka, OK; mother-in-law, Jessie Merlene Burleson of Atoka, OK; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many dear and loved friends. LaTisha was preceded in death by her father, Wesley Pugh Jr.; grandparents, Welsey Pugh Sr. and LeVenia Pugh; grandmother, Agnus Pearce; nephew, Jacob Ryan Simon
