Leonard "Flash" Caves, age 63, a longtime Atoka, OK resident, was born on Saturday, May 17, 1958, to James Willie and Nancy Elizabeth (Rose) Caves, at Modesto, CA. Flash passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at his home in Atoka, OK. He attended Beyer High School in Modesto, CA. Flash was a truck driver for Rolling Rock Company. He married Donna (Beaver) on Saturday, November 15th, 1975 at Reno, NV. They celebrated 46 1/2 years of marriage before his passing. Flash grew up in a Pentecostal church. He enjoyed talking about trucks, making items for the grandchildren, talking on the phone, and loved spending time with his family.
Flash is survived by his wife, Donna Caves of the home in Atoka, OK; daughters, Lesley Henry and husband John of Tushka, OK, Nicole Griffin and husband AJ of Farris, OK, Valerie Radney and husband Caleb of Farris, OK; son, Jason Caves of Atoka, OK; grandchildren, Emily, Madison, Lilia, Tara, Zoe, Mason, Lincoln, Oliver, Scott, Jadon, Janessa; siblings, James Caves of Bakersfield, CA, Virgil Caves of Atoka, OK, Phil Caves of Atoka, OK, Alma Wood of Turlock, CA, Leona Epperson of Oakdale, CA, Sarann Pickett of Huntingdon, TN, Delores Pickett of Bakersfield, CA, Velda Reile of Heavener, OK, Beverley Carson of Atoka, OK; aunt, Doretha Meeker and husband Cleo of Stockton, CA; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Flash was preceded in death by his parents, James and Nancy Elizabeth (Rose) Caves; brothers, Glenn Caves, Paul Caves.
