Lequita Renee (McBride) Hise, age 51, a longtime Atoka resident, was born on May 04, 1971, to David Leroy Hise and Opal Faye Skaggs at Antlers, OK. Lequita passed away on February 7, 2023 at her home in Atoka, OK. She graduated from Atoka High School. Lequita was a head start teacher for INCA for many years. She was a member of the First Assembly of God. She enjoyed painting, drawing, working with children, and working with her flowers.
Lequita is survived by her father, David Hise and Sheryl of Centerpoint, OK; children, Jonathon Hise of Centerpoint, OK, Sarah Nuttall of Coalgate, OK, Lequita Stuckey and husband Robert of Madill, OK, Aaron Hise of Atoka, OK; 15 grandchildren, Kayelee Hise, Brooklyn Hise, Bryleigh Hise, Bentley Hise, Briar Hise, Braydon Nuttall, Cully Byers, Presley Byers, Sailor Byers, Makaiyla Battiest, Isabella Minton, Icey Hise, Gracelynn Minton, Jessa Hise, Aaron Hise; brothers, Brian Hise of Centerpoint, OK, Terry Hise of Antlers, OK, Randy Hise of Talihina, OK; sisters, Sherry Viefhaus and husband Chuck of Antlers, OK, Julie Hallows and husband Robert of Centerpoint, OK, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Lequita was preceded in death by her mother, Opal Faye Skaggs
