Obituary

Lisa Dorlette Foster, age 61, a lifelong Bromide, OK resident.
BORN: She was born on Monday, March 18, 1963, to Medford "Pete" Lee and Ethel Margie (Plumley) Foster, at Ada, OK. Lisa passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Durant, OK. She attended Bromide and Wapanucka Public Schools and graduated with the Class of 1981. She then attended Murray State College and Southeastern Oklahoma State University where she obtained some credits. Lisa worked many years for Johnston County Assessor's Office. She worked at Ada and Tishomingo Hospitals and retired from the Chickasaw's Clinic in Tishomingo.
Lisa was affiliated with the Bromide Baptist and the last several years at Wapanucka Baptist Church. Lisa was right in the middle of her kids and grandkids activities, from rodeoing, showing cattle and hogs, and watching all sports they were involved in. She liked riding horses, "junkin", photography, and buying chickens. She especially loved fishing with her grandsons and her horse, Big Girl.
Lisa is survived by her mother, Ethel Margie (Plumley) Foster of Bromide, OK; daughters, Kimberly Davidson and husband Heath of Clarita, OK, Jaisa Daniels and husband Blake of Tishomingo, OK; grandchildren, Tinlee Ray, Tegan Davidson, Hunter Davidson, Briar Davidson, Rainey Davidson, Brandt Daniels, Taos Daniels; sister, Kelli Brooks and husband Tommy of Wapanucka, OK, Kristi Green of Bromide, OK, Kim Wood of Ada, OK; brothers, Steve Foster and wife Lisa of Bromide, OK, Stacy Foster and wife Kim of Bromide, OK; bonus grandchildren, Benni Stanley, July Stanley, Stella Stanley, Sawyer Stanley, Blaine Coates, Raynee Coates, Collin Sartin, Pakus Sartin, Cloey Sartin, Rocker Sartin; bonus children, Ashley Coates, Kaci Stanley, Wes Sartin; uncles, Pete Plumley of OKC, OK, Leray Plumley of OKC, OK, Ronnie Plumley of OKC, OK; along with special friend, Phyllis Smith, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
She is preceded in death by her father, Medford "Pete" Lee Foster; sisters, Angel Sartin, Debbie Parnell; brothers in law, Pat Wood, Denny Hilburn, Guy Sartin; friends, Sharlee Rhea; aunts, Edna Plumley, Violet Hohenhaus; uncles, John K Foster, Tom Patterson, Joe Plumley.
