Lisa Marie (Jim) Leal, age 44, a lifelong Atoka, OK resident, was born on Monday, February 7, 1977, to David Emmanuel and Debralyn Joyce (Wilson) Jim, at Talihina, OK. Lisa passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Durant, OK. She graduated from Tushka High School in 1995.
Lisa was a cook at the Choctaw Senior Nutrition Center. She married Ricky Lee Leal on Saturday, December 18th, 1999 at the Macedonia Indian Baptist Church. They celebrated 22 years of marriage. Lisa enjoyed picking wild onions and blackberries, playing Candy Crush and Pet Rescue. She loved spending time with her family.
Lisa is survived by her husband, Ricky Lee Leal of the home in Bentley, OK; son, Tyler Leal of Bentley, OK; mother, Debralyn Jim-Peters of Bentley, OK; sister, Madalyn Machuca of Bentley, OK; aunts, Betty Jim and partner Jack Helsley of Ada, OK, Ann Sleeper of Hominy, OK, Rhonda Freeman and husband Dan of Norman, OK; uncles, Lee Jim and wife Yvonne of Wewoka, OK, Danny Jim of Whitefield, OK; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Lisa was preceded in death by her son, Seth Leal; father, David Jim; uncles, Donald Jim, Ray Jim, Eldene Jim; aunt, Shirley Lang.
