Lizzie Aline (Sawyer) George, age 69, an Atoka, OK resident was born on Friday, September 8, 1950, to William Andrew and Myrtle Mae (Baker) Sawyer, at Sunkist, OK. Lizzie passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Atoka, OK. She graduated from Tushka High School. Lizzie was a truck driver. Lizzie proudly served her country in the Air Force. Lizzie loved to sew, quilt, craft and working in her garden.

Lizzie is survived by her children, Ernest George of Graham, TX, Beverly George of Atoka, OK; sibling, Wilma Nail of Savannah, OK, Francis Lamey of Antlers, OK, Delbert Sawyer of Harrah, OK,; grandchildren, Mark George of Graham, TX, Derek Thompson of Lane, OK, Trenton Bicknell of Atoka, OK, Billy Bicknell of Atoka, OK, Ryin Bicknell of Atoka, OK, Kristin Bicknell of Atoka, OK, Kassandra Sears of Graham, TX, Tiffany George of Graham, TX; great grandchildren, Gabriel Thompson of Lane, OK, Tobias Brown of Graham, TX, Rileigh Williams of Graham, TX; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Lizzie is preceded in death by her parents, William Andrew and Myrtle Mae (Baker) Sawyer; brothers, Bill Sawyer, Gilbert Sawyer, James Robert Sawyer; sisters, Jane Penick, Dorthy Ford, Grace Elizabeth Sawyer, Elsie Johnston.
