LT Ray, age 79, an Atoka, OK resident. He was born on Tuesday, August 7, 1934, to LH and Lelia (Fitzgerald) Ray, at Olney, OK. LT passed away on Wednesday March 19, 2014 in Denison, TX. He graduated from Olney High School and attended college at Murray State College. LT retired from the Army ammunition plant in Savannah in 1993. LT proudly served his country in The Military. He married Mary Lou (Buffington) Ray in September 1978 in Atoka, OK. LT was of the Baptist faith. He collected knives, guns and enjoyed trading and raising exotic animals on his farm in Tushka. LT watched Gunsmoke faithfully. LT is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Ray of the home in Atoka, OK.; children, Lonnie Ray of Tushka, OK., Trish Waller and husband Billy of Bellevue, TX., Tammy Perazzo of Caddo, OK.; step son, Charles Crone and wife Rosa of Atoka, OK. Ronald Dean Crone and wife Pam of McAlester, OK.,Sheila Cooper of Atoka, OK., Donna Snowden and husband Jesse of Atoka, OK;,6 grandchildren, 11 Step Grandchildren, 3 Great grandchildren, 6 Step Great Grandchildren; brother, Wayne Ray of Coalgate, OK.; sister, Creola Taylor of Houston, TX.; along with numerous nieces, nephew, cousins, other relative and many dear and loved friends.
