Luis is survived by his parents, Samuel Murillo and Jawana Nichols of the home in Atoka, OK; big sister, Chloe Murillo of the home in Atoka, OK; grandparents, Karrie Nichols and Robert Nichols of Atoka, OK; grandmother, Vickie Murillo of Atoka, OK; great grandmothers, Lois Woods of Atoka, OK,      Georgie Cofer of Tishomingo, OK; great grandfather,    Kenneth Reedy of Tulsa, OK; aunts, Maria Murillo of Atoka, OK, Danielle Stewart and husband Andrew of Helton, OK,  Misti Reedy of Atoka, OK; uncles, Martin Galvin of Wapanucka, OK, Christian Nichols of Ada, OK; along with great aunts and uncles, cousins and other relatives.

Luis is preceded in death by his grandfather, Luis Murillo; great grandmother, Kay Reedy; great grandfathers,  Richard Woods and Wayne Cofer; great uncle, David Nichols.
