OBITUARY Manford Leroy Beck, age 86, an Atoka, OK resident was born on Saturday, April 10, 1926, to Gilmer and Josie (Hilliard) Beck, in Lewisville, TX. Manford passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Atoka, OK. He attended school in Knott, TX. Manford was a machine operator and laborer for Exide Battery plant in Dallas, TX. He married Joyce Marie (Combest) Beck on November 7, 1950 in Denton, TX. Manford was a member of the Tushka Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working outside. Manford is survived by his sons, Darrell Beck and wife Peggy of Tushka, OK., Darwin Beck and wife Karen of Tushka, OK.; sister-in-law, Katherine Beck of Irving, TX.; grandchildren, Misty Kennedy and husband Kelly of Tushka, OK., Lee Beck and wife Brooke of Atoka, OK., Kristy Evans of Atoka, OK.; great grandchildren, Kristyn Kennedy, Sam Kennedy, Daxton Beck, Jordan Chavers, and Sara Chavers; brother and sister in-laws, Jerry Hall and wife Geraldine, Kenneth Walker and wife Dovie, Tim Combest and wife Elizabeth, Dwayne Combest and wife Linda, Minnie Gammon, Linda Combest all of Tushka, OK.
