OBITUARY

NAME: Margaret Vicie (Jackson) Parker Estes, age 89, a longtime Lehigh resident.

BORN: She was born on July 31, 1927, to Luther and Della (Parham) Jackson, at Pittsburg County, OK

PASSED AWAY: Margaret passed away on November 12, 2016 at her home in Lehigh, OK.

AGE: 89 years, 3 months and 12 days.

EDUCATION: She attended School.
MARRIED: Margaret married LB Parker in 1941 in Atoka County, he was killed in a car wreck, and she later married Harold Monroe Estes on 1944 in Carlsbad, NM, he preceded her in death on Feb. 25, 2016.

OCCUPATION: Margaret was a hard worker whether raking hay in the hayfield, canning from the orchard, helping work cattle, raising a large garden or making quilts or cooking. She was so giving and whatever she did, she gave a 100 %. Margaret will truley be missed but left a legacy that will live on forever.
Margaret was still climbing trees at age 80!!. She had to have that beautiful fruit at the top of the tree. Margaret lived a very active life and loved her family unconditionally. She may have one biological daughter but in reality she had 3 daughters with such wonderful daugters-in-laws. She accepted the Lord at a young age and always kept the faith. When she couldn't read she loved to hear someone read to her and loved listening to Christian music.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Margaret was of the Pentecostal faith. Attended Lehigh Baptist Church for many years.
