Margarett Ann (Eastwood) Allison, age 71, a longtime Atoka, OK resident, was born on Friday, March 14, 1947, to Dixie and Dorothea Mae (Thomas) Eastwood, at Moore, OK.
Margarett went to be with her Lord on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Coalgate, OK. She graduated from Moore High School in 1965 and then attended the University of Oklahoma. Margarett was a Southwestern Bell Telephone Operator for 9 years in the Hugo, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa areas and also worked for Pizza Hut. She married Larry Dale Carlisle in 1969 in Boswell, OK. They had 2 beautiful children, he preceded her in death in 1989; Lewis Wallace Allison (her soulmate) in 1993 in Finley, OK, he preceded her in death in 2003. Margarett was a member of First Baptist Church in Atoka. She enjoyed creating Tiffany style stained glass out of her own original patterns, horseback riding in her younger days, teaching Sunday School and teaching her granddaughter Laura to swim, teaching basic cooking, and dancing. Spending time with her precious granddaughter, Laura Ann Feuerhelm and attending all of her basketball games and gymnastic meets. She loved her Lord Jesus Christ. Mom was a giver and saw the good in people. Margarett loved to laugh and gather with family.
Margarett is survived by her daughter, Racheal Feuerhelm and husband Tim of Lane, OK; granddaughter, Laura Ann Feuerhelm of Lane, OK; grandson, Gage Feuerhelm of Atoka, OK; sister, Dixie Arlene Dorrough of St. Louis, OK; brothers, Charlie Eastwood of Atoka, OK, Stacy and wife Sherri Eastwood of Caney, OK; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Margarett is preceded in death by her parents, Dixie and Dorothea Mae (Thomas) Eastwood; son, Jason Dale Carlisle; husbands, Lewis Wallace Allison & Larry Dale Carlisle; brother, Douglas Edward Eastwood and wife Michelle (Norton).
