Married: Bill Overstreet Jr. on June 20, 1941 In Las Vegas, Nevada, he preceded in death on Sept. 19,2009 Occupation: she worked for 17year in banking at Security Pacific National Bank in Los Angeles. He last position years was V.P. of Special Assets Division. Upon retiring from the bank in 1977, and returning to Wardville, Meka continued working as a homemaker and rancher and held as Oklahoma Real Estate Broker's license. She also ran for Oklahoma Hose Representatives for District 20 in 1982., She served on Women's Commission on the Status of Women in 1990 during the term of Gov.
