BORN: He was born on Friday, March 07, 1941, to James Monroe and Ella Mae (Walker) Banks, at Bentley, OK.
PASSED AWAY: Eugene went to be with his Heavenly Father on Thursday, September 8, 2016 after a courageous battle with an illness.
AGE:  75 years, 6 months and 1 day.
EDUCATION: He attended Bentley Elementary and Atoka High School.
OCCUPATION: Eugene was a farmer and rancher.
CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Eugene was a member of the Bentley Baptist Church, Atoka Trail-riders, Horse Enthusiast.
