Michael F. Eubanks, age 61, a longtime Lane, OK resident for the last 25 years, lived several years at Enterprise, OK, Haskell County, was born on Monday, May 25, 1959, to Carrol Ed and Peggy Ann (Heugley) Eubanks, at N. Little Rock, AR. Michael passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Durant, OK, surrounded by his loved ones. He attended Harrah Public School and later attended Gorden Cooper Tech Center and studied architect. Michael was a Truck Driver, owned and operated a restaurant in Enterprise, and worked a few years for Dept of Corrections. He married Hydie Roylene (Mead) on Sunday, June 7th, 1981 at Ft. Smith, AR. They celebrated 39 years of marriage before his passing. Michael was a baptist and affiliated with the Cowboy Church at Bentley, OK. He was a member of AQHA American Quarter Horse Assoc, American Bantem Assoc, a licensed poultry judge, Fire Chief for Brooking Cove Volunteer Fire Dept for several years. Michael loved to cook, fish, cow hauling and most of all, spending time with family and grandchildren.
Michael is survived by his wife, Hydie Roylene Eubanks of the home in Lane, OK; children, Brandy Jenkins and husband Del of Lane, OK, Cheyenne Williams and husband Bryce of Lane, OK; grandchildren, Austin Jenkins and fiancé Sara Campbell of Lane, OK, Chris, Abigail and Caitlyn Jenkins of Lane, OK, Forrest, Sunny Ann, and Zane Michael Bert Williams; special daughter, Lucinda Holland and husband Clint of Atoka, OK; brother, Ed Eubanks of Wilson, OK; sister, Nicky Stockton of Kinta, OK; special friend, Bill Lang of Lane, OK; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Peggy Eubanks; in laws, Roy and Ida Mead.
