Michael Stuart Hamilton 64, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at his home in Shay. Mike was born November 23, 1944 in Columbus, Ohio to Jeanne Hamilton. He attended school in Michigan. Mike married Charlotte Booth on February 6, 1971 in Akron, Ohio. Mike retired in 2000, as a salesman from the Dallas area, before moving to Shay. He loved to play golf and go fishing. Mike will be greatly missed by all who knew and dearly loved him. Mike is preceded in death by his foster parents, Nana and Papa Holden; father-in-law, Dewey Booth. Mike is survived by his wife, Charlotte of the home, two sons, Marc Hamilton and Scott Hamilton of Houston, TX; mother, Jeanne Valentine of Maysville, KY; four brothers, Robert Valentine and wife Lorri of Maysville, KY, Raymond Valentine of Columbus, OH, Robert Holden and wife Bettie of Lansing, MI, Wayne Holden and wife Pat of Lansing, MI; sister, Cathy Garrey and husband Joel of Roscoe, IL; mother-in-law Lillian Booth of Akron, OH; sister-in-law Shelia Graham and husband Mitch of Akron, OH; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cross Timbers Hospice of Ardmore, Oklahoma.
