BORN: She was born on July 7, 1920, to Jesse Franklin and Nannie Mildred (Williams) Williams at Atoka, Ok. PASSED AWAY: Mildred passed away on June 24, 2011, at Atoka, Ok. AGE 90 YEARS 11 MONTHS AND 17 DAYS EDUCATION: She attended Wards Chapel and graduated from Atoka High in 1938. Mildred attended Business College for 2 years at San Mateo, Ca. OCCUPATION: She was a housewife and telephone operator for 15 years at the G.T.E in Lakewood, Ca. She retired in 1984. MARRIED: Mildred married Martin "Marty" Figueroa on September 10, 1971 at Tijuana, Mexico. CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES, AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: She was a member of the Southside Baptist Church. Mildred was also a member of the Pink Ladies Auxiliary at the Atoka Hospital. SURVIVED BY GRANDSONS: Scott Chism of Mt. Vernon, Wa. Aaron Chism of California SISTER-IN-LAW: Elwanda Williams of Wards Chapel NEPHEW: Jerry Williams and wife Sandy of Weatherford, Ok. NIECE: Linda Madden and husband Dennis of Ft. Worth, Tx. Along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
