Rodgers in 1941 at Atoka, OK, he preceded her in death in 1963, later married Johnnie S. Dennison in 1965, he preceded her in death 1993 Occupation: She started her 35-year teaching career in 1938 at the Cairo school. Other: In retirement, Mrs. Denison enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, quilting, and reading. She was a prodigious reader and continued to read regularly up to the time her eyesight failed. With failing eyesight, she then listened to books on tapes, often completing several books a week. She also enjoyed the national and global news and constantly amazed her family with her knowledge of current affairs.
