Miran Paul LeFlore was born on November 10, 1958 in Dallas, Texas to Abel Paul LeFlore and Rebakah LeFlore. The family made their home in Coalgate,OKlahoma and later moved to Dallas, Texas where Abel worked for Dallas Parks Department, then relocated to California where the family resided in Bell Gardens, Watts and Compton areas. and eventually moved back to Coalgate, Oklahoma.
Miran graduated from Olney High School in 1977 where he was a basketball and baseball athlete. And won All State in 1977. After high school Miran married Barbra Jean Stilwell in Coalgate, Oklahoma. The welcomed two new members to their family, Salena Marie LeFlore and Gabriel Paul LeFlore.
Miran worked in the oilfield industry for many years. He engaged in many other ventures that lead him to different areas of the country. Miran achieved a certification for journeyman license in carpentry and electrician while living in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He later moved to Alabama and Louisiana coast. Miran enjoyed and maintained his hobbies of fishing and hunting in the great outdoors wherever his job led him.
Although living in different parts of the country, Miran made his way back to reside in his hometown of Coalgate, Oklahoma where he died. A special "thank you" to all those who gave their time in deeds and friendship as their Labor of Love. It did not go unnoticed.
Miran was preceded in death by his brother, Glen LeFlore, his parents. Abel and Rebakah LeFlore, his sisters, Margie Gibson and Lena Frazier, and nephew, Douglas Glen Cole. He is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Salena and Henry Stallcup of Ada, OK; son, Gabriel LeFlore of Ada, Ok; grandchildren, Max Stallcup, Zoey Stallcup, Dean Michael Stallcup, Lucas LeFlore, and his sisters, Naomi LeFlore of Lehigh, Ok, Mary L. Jones of Tahlequah, Ok, Sharon LeFlore of Ada, Ok, Shirley and husband, Randy Cummins of Cottonwood, Ok. His memories will be cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a whole host of friends and loved ones.
