BORN: She was born on Sunday, February 16, 1947, to Theodore and Carrie (Tikubbi) Nelson, at Oklahoma City, OK.

PASSED AWAY: Neomi passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Atoka, OK.

AGE: 69 years, 2 months and 7 days.

EDUCATION: She attended Lane Public Schools.

OCCUPATION: Neomi was a homemaker

MARRIED: She married Walter Moore Sr. on Friday, December 15th, 1967 at Sherman, TX. He preceded her in death in 2008, they had 40 wonderful years together.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Neomi was a member of the Stringtown Assembly of God. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, cooking and her grandchildren.
