Norman Ray Cummins

OBITUARY

Norman Ray Cummins, a Stigler resident, was born on August 21, 1944, to Ray Leon and Lydia Bell (Cook) Cummins, at Stuart, OK. Norman passed away on July 24, 2026 at Stigler, OK at the age of 81 years, 11 months and 3 days. He attended Coalgate High School. Norman was a Coal County Deputy, worked in the oilfield as a laborer, and as a salesman. He proudly served his country in The United States Navy. Norman enjoyed watching old movies and telling jokes. He loved his animals and visiting with family and friends.

GRANDSON: Jett Cummins of Sterling, VA

GRANDDAUGHTER: Zoe Cummins of Sterling, VA

BROTHER: Randy Cummins and wife Shirley of Cottonwood, OK

SISTERS: Glenda Fisher and husband Leroy of Byars, OK, Gloria Welch of Coalgate, OK, Newanna Dennett and husband Lloyd of Arkansas, Cherrie Richardson and husband Kenny of Arkansas, Rita Taylor and husband Frank Richard of Hennepin, IL

Along with many dearly loved nieces, nephews, and friends.
