Patsy Ann Angel, age 69, a longtime Atoka, OK resident, was born on Wednesday, September 17, 1952, to Onul "Cotton" and Anna Ruth (Johnson) Payne, at Sacramento, CA. Patsy passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at her home in Atoka, OK with her loved ones. She graduated from Atoka High School in 1971 and then went on to attend college.
Patsy was a manager at Walmart. She married Trenton Angel on Friday, February 27th, 1976 at Sherman, TX. They celebrated 41 wonderful years together before his passing on December 14, 2017. Patsy attended Center Hill Church. She enjoyed fishing, liked the color purple, and loved spending time with her family and family get togethers.
Patsy is survived by her sons, Justin Rector of Atoka, OK, Kevin Angel and wife Joye of Atoka, OK; grandchildren, Austin Rector of Atoka, OK, Shaye Angel of Atoka, OK, Hope Angel and fiancé Drake Smith of Durant, OK; sisters, Debra Wickes of Atoka, OK, Nora Morgan of Atoka, OK; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Onul "Cotton" and Anna Ruth (Johnson) Payne; husband, Trenton Angel.
