NAME: Patsy Sue (Mason) Williams, age 73, a longtime Caney, OK resident. BORN: She was born on Tuesday, October 07, 1941, to Buck Armeston and Dallas Bernice (McCubbin) Mason, at Fresno, CA., she was the oldest of 5 children. PASSED AWAY: Patsy passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at her home in Caney, OK. AGE: 73 years, 2 months and 17 days. EDUCATION: She attended and graduated from Imperial High School in Imperial, CA in 1959. She then attended San Joaquin Delta College and graduated in 1969. OCCUPATION: Patsy was a Registerd Nurse. Patsy had a servant's heart and knew she wanted to be a nurse at a very early age. She went to San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, CA and got her nursing degree in 1969. She worked in various hospitals in Stockton and Modesto. She was nurse supervisor at Doctor Hospital when her husband retired in 1992. They then moved to Caney, OK. She worked as a hospice nurse for a while and then for Atoka County Health Dept until she retired in 2007. MARRIED: She married Nick R. Williams on September 28, 1958 at El Centro, CA. They had 56 wonderful blessed years together. The Lord blessed them with 3 children. CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Patsy has a deep faith and was a member of Voca Baptist Church, Caney, OK. She was the longtime teacher of the Senior Woman Sunday School Class before her illness forced her to give up teaching. She takes great joy in knowing all her family knows Jesus and has been saved and they will all be together with Jesus Christ in Heaven. SURVIVED BY HUSBAND: Nick R. Williams of the home in Caney, OK.
